Serviceperson, 7 on 7 off

7 on, 7 off means every second week is yours. That is about 26 weeks a year at home.

A full-time, permanent Serviceperson role at a Bowen Basin coal mine in Central Queensland, starting late November.

What the job is

• Scheduled servicing on haul trucks, dozers, excavators, loaders and ancillary fleet.
• Fuel, oil, coolant, grease and filters, recorded properly so the next service is right.
• Running the service truck, including its own checks.
• Working alongside the fitters on changeouts and breakdowns.

What you need

• A current Coal Board Medical.
• Standard 11.
• Your servicing trade certificate, for heavy mobile plant or heavy vehicles.
• An open driver licence.
• An HR licence is a plus.
• Current Bowen Basin site inductions are a plus.
